Alexander Rabb (Oberlin College, B.A., 1995; Harvard Law School, J.D., 2000) joined Levy Ratner in April 2009. At LR, Rabb is involved in many aspects of the firm’s labor practice and represents unions and individual employees in contract negotiations, arbitrations, and proceedings before the NLRB. Rabb’s primary focus at LR is advising unions, political parties, and candidates for office on election law, campaign finance, and lobbying matters.

Prior to joining LR, Rabb worked as an attorney and clinical instructor for Harvard Law School’s legal services clinic in Jamaica Plain, MA, representing low-income clients in landlord-tenant, public benefits, and personal bankruptcy matters. He was a staff attorney for the Change to Win labor federation, as well as legal coordinator for the Working Families Party of New York State. Rabb has served as field director, compliance officer, and campaign manager on local, citywide and statewide political campaigns.
